Support & contact.

A question about JukeStage, your purchase or getting set up? Contact Centre One Software Ltd.

Help us help you

Tell us your JukeStage version, Windows or Android version and device model, the module you’re using and what happened. For a purchase query, include your order number. Please don’t send passwords, full licence keys, provider credentials or payment-card details.

Getting started

  1. Choose your Windows or Android download and install JukeStage.
  2. Start your five-day trial or activate with your purchased licence key.
  3. Add your own media folders, connect an authorised IPTV source, browse Radio stations or follow a podcast feed.
  4. Choose Media Player, Jukebox, Karaoke, IPTV Player, Radio or Podcasts.

Licences and transfers

The first year of email support is included with a paid licence. Further support is optional at £9.99 per year; the paid application licence does not expire when support ends. Deactivate your licence on the old device before transferring. Contact us if your original device has failed or you need help.

IPTV help

JukeStage supplies the player, not the service. Your provider supplies your connection details, subscription and available content. We can help with the player; provider availability and content access must be resolved with your provider.

Radio & Podcasts help

Station and episode availability is controlled by the broadcaster or publisher. If a source stops working, try another source and tell us the public station/show name and the error shown. Do not email private feed URLs or access tokens. Podcast downloads require an accessible supported episode file; some feeds offer streaming only.

Installation help

The Windows installer is currently unsigned. Keep Windows security enabled. If installation is blocked, read the installation guidance or contact us. Existing users should close JukeStage before updating; the installer keeps the library, queue and licence in their separate profile storage.

Android installation

Download the signed APK from our Android download section. If prompted, allow installation from your chosen browser or file manager only, then turn that source permission off afterwards. Keep security protection enabled. Install updates over the existing app; do not uninstall or clear app data. If Android reports a signature conflict, contact support. Notices are available offline under Licence → Third-party notices.
